In the 58th edition of the legendary wine competition called the Wimbledon of Wine Exhibitions, Cabernet Sauvignon – selection of grapes 2023 barrique Premium Collection from CHÂTEAU VALTICE succeeded in the supercommission of wine experts and won the title of Red Champion! This wine succeeded in the highest ever competition of 759 entered samples. In total, we won 22 gold medals and 3 grand gold medals in this competition this year.

It is another confirmation that even in the great competition of foreign wines, great Moravian red wines can assert themselves”, comments the red champion Mgr. Ing. The Valtice Wine Wine Festival is the oldest international wine competition in the Czech Republic and is rightly regarded in wine circles as the Wimbledon of wine exhibitions. The public tasting of all wines will take place in the representative premises of the Valtice Chateau on 9th and 10th May.
