Castle cellar A.D. 1430

Castle cellar is an unique wine cellar built in 1430 and is one of the oldest and biggest wine cellars in Czech Republic. The best red wines from the production of the winery CHÂTEAU VALTICE are maturing here for centuries in huge oak barrels.

Visit the Castle cellar located under the left wing of the Valtice Castle, near the entrance to the Tiree Chmelar Herbs garden.

Price for the tour through the cellar with a printed guide WITHOUT wine tasting is 60 Crowns/person.
